So many uses for this within pilates and yoga but my favorite is just to give me that nice long stretch in my upper back and shoulders. A few minutes a day and I feel great!

I used it for the first time when I received it. I got to say it's better then I expected. Gave me fast relief. I mean granted it temporary but it helps. I didn't expect it to fix my back☺️. Haven't tried the other stuff in the pack yet.

I love it. It feels great, pops my back well- great for stretching and is fantastic. My husband says it’s too hard but I genuinely think it’s personal preference.

This is a great wheel. Well-made, sturdy, and I love the colors- not your average black or cork wheel. I am thrilled to use it in my yoga practice, it works really well for deepening and assisting poses. Shipped quickly, great quality, great price! Would definitely recommend.

I have only tried the yoga wheel once since I only just received it today. But when I did use it my back cracked about 6 times in different places, it felt amazing (this is actually the reason I ordered it)! It definitely seems to be sturdy and it’s actually surprisingly comfortable to use, will take some time to get used to balancing on it though.

This wheel has completely surpassed my expectations. I needed something to help me stretch out my back and also assist with getting a deeper stretch in my legs, and this absolutely fits the bill. There is zero flex when I put the majority of my weight on the wheel, which was something I was concerned about since you don't want it to give out in a backbend. Gorgeous pink and white color combo. Highly recommend!

I purchased this to help with my low back pain. The stretch you get from it is great, although I personally didn’t get much back “cracking”, but it’s SUPER sturdy. Takes a little getting used to from a balance standpoint, but overall, super pleased! My kids love playing with it too 😂

Yeah, it temporarily relieved some pain, until it tipped over during use. It's sturdy plastic that can hold a lot of weight, narrow enough but not too narrow. It has a nice foam pad running down the width of the wheel, but the sides are not padded. It works okay. I think the width is still too wide to apply enough pressure in the right place, but if it were any more narrow, it probably wouldn't work structurally.It's all rainbows and satisfying back popping until you find yourself off center, tipped over, and with a new C shaped bruise on your back.Now, off to decide between the discomfort of rolling out bruises or the discomfort of neverending back pain.Oh, hello Insult. Meet your new BFF, Injury.

Bought this as a gift after seeing a product like it on Shark Tank. This single yoga wheel was more affordable than the name brand, but only came with this one size. It’s hard to tell exactly how big it is from the picture, and wish the full set was a little more affordable. Overall, my wife (who I got it for) likes it and uses it regularly to lay on and help crack her tight back. It’s very strong and does not slide on our hardwood floors when we use it. We will likely get the next size down soon based on our experiences with this one.
