My daughter bought this and it has not only helped her achieve her ideal waist (though she’s thin as is) but it’s done tremendously excellent at helping her with her posture. She works in a Dr office in a chair all day and this really helps to prevent slouching. Pay close attention to size measurements, remember they are tight. Good value for the money

This waist trainer is comfortable, supportive, and fits well. The material is high quality, providing good compression without feeling too tight or restrictive. It helps with posture and gives a smooth, slimming effect under clothing. Definitely a great choice for anyone looking for extra support and shaping! I also love how it’s a full back so it can cover up any back fat.

Very well made!! I had to send it back because the size med was too small. Reordered a large and it was just right!! Yianna products are my go to for shapewear. They do not disappoint!! Highly recommend!!

NOT GOOD! This waist trainer has a build it compression belt inside of the material but it only compressed below the boobs. there is no compression around the stomach area. Below the boobs was really tight for me but the stomach area was so loose i was able to lift it. If you have a long torso this is not the waist trainer for you. It rides up on the back and too long from the front. Once you get to the last clasp the zipper part is very loose and way less compressed. Point is find a different waist trainer. This is not worth the prize, i have a better waist trainer from amazing that was $20 cheaper. Don’t but this.

It does what it should, but if you're a curvy girl like me I wouldn't recommend because it rolls and it digs in the back. Immediately noticed the rolling as soon as I started putting it on but after an hour of wearing it, it started getting much worse. Aside from the rolling and digging in the back I'd say it's pretty comfortable for a waist trainer! I've only worn it once so far so I'm not sure about results yet but while wearing it, it definitely works. As for the sizing, I wear a medium in some of the others I own. I got a large to play it safe but I'm definitely thinking I could've sized up a little more.

I’ve bought a trainer from this exact brand before years ago. I still have it and it just started to lose the one binding spine. I decided to order a new one cause of that with more back support. I will say the straps on the back support on, can cause irritation if you’re wearing it alone or with a cami top. I definitely recommend wearing it with a thick strap tank top underneath.My original one was an extra small so I ordered an extra small and just because of the arm straps, I wish I ordered a small cause they might have been a bit longer and I had it the longest they could go.
