I did not see heat directions so I followed two other posters of reviews. I compromised and did385 degrees for 70 seconds. Design face up and then removed and set a pack of 6 boxed coffee mugs on top for 5 minutes with sublimation face down. I made my print 8 x 5.75. Keep your design in mind if you make slightly bigger if you have a name/city just don’t put it right next to the edge.

I wasn't exactly optimistic when I purchased these. But look at them! They sublimated amazingly well!I used A-Sub paper at 385 for 75 sec. I let cool for about 1 minute. Will definitely purchase more!!!

No instructions on time and temp but I did 385 degrees fahrenheit for 60 seconds. I took them out and immediately put under a heavy book to cool. I will be buying more!!!!!

Sublimated well and has great quality. Didn’t come with temperature and time instructions but I did 385 degrees for 75 seconds, after looking at someone else’s review. Overall great and will buy again apologies for the shadow on the picture.

I purchased these to customize them for an event I was having. They came out beautiful. The can withstand heat from a heat press without scorching or turning yellow.
