BEWARE: It looks like a respectable product on the outside, but don't be fooled. Inside everything about the drive mechanism, motor, shaft coupling, bearing, etc. is low-grade junk. Constantly breaks down, terrible workmanship, and every possible corner has been cut.

We're using this unit to size reduce a powder. It came with a few SS balls but no operating manual or guidance. Not sure what materials they think it's supposed to work on as equipped, but it's not working at all with a simple powder. We ran for 24 hrs and got little results. BAD investment - Caveat Emptor

The uni9t seemed to be in good physical shape when it arrived but upon plugging it in I was unable to get any movement or even any sound from the motor. Supplier suggested I try to get running but simple troubleshooting did not solve problem so I returned at my expense. I decided not to try again due to the high shipping cost for a non-operating machine.

Positives: Arrived quickly (from India!), in good working condition. Mechanically, works well.Negatives: Can is lightweight and only seals via a friction fit. Lid is hard to remove and I've observed some leakage while running (a liquid dispersion).Recommendations: Improve the sealing mechanism for the lid (to prevent leakage), improve ease of removal (by putting handles on the can lid and body).Overall: A good buy for the price.
