I was excited about getting my new driver and the counter balanced concept of this driver. I took it to the golf course to try it out and realized the the driver didn't" have the XXIO weighted grip on it. Instead it had a regular Winn grip with no weight. This canceled out the whole concept of being counter balanced. No where in the description did it state that this XXIO driver have any other grip. After several communications the company agreed to a full refund. When the refund came to my account it was $450.00 short. The company said it was a restocking fee. Still trying to get my full refund.

Long may look good but straight down fairway will win the game. This driver hits the ball straight every time. Have played this driver many years and this model is the best.one yet. Could not be happier. XXIO is perfect for the slower swing golfer who wants to score everytime they play
