Overall the fit was ok and installation was pretty quick. One thing to check before you start is make sure all the parts are there and that threads are cut where they should be. I found that one of the ends of the bracing rods wasn't threaded from the factory. Luckily I had the correct sized tap on hand so I was able to fix the issue.

Slightly thin but the powdercoat seems to be really good quality, fitment was perfect and the design for the way they mount had to be the best part, since they surround the radiator and mount further back onto the frame with a brace the actually protect the rad from being bent and reinforced the sides of the radiator shrouds at the same time. If you’re trail riding these are a must have.

They work. Instructions are nice but they rub against the radiators on the klx 250s. Just had to bend them

Without major modifications, it could be adjusted well to the motorcycle, you just have to change a couple of original screws for the ones that it comes with.

I had to remove the horn bracket and attach horn to the guard itself. Not a deal breaker. instructions aren't the best. If you look at the assembled pic in amazon along with the instructions it makes more sense. I also attached the triangle to the tank first loosely, then swung it around to bolt the final product together. It was much easier that way.Quality is good. Light weight so wont add tons of top heaviness. Looks like it'll do the job. If you wreck worse then this, then you have other things to worry about. I do with the bottom bent part went out to the edge of the radiator. You can see in pics that it stops before the end. So the outward bottom part of radiator sticks out a bit. I'm not concerned because the stock shrouds protect it pretty well.
