I recently purchased the Xcivi Replacement Activated Carbon Odor Filter Refills, hoping it would be a perfect fit for my EKO trash can, but sadly, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Despite the product description, these filters are not genuine EKO products. It seems they are produced by a company named Shurax, which was completely unexpected.The most frustrating aspect is the poor fit with my EKO trash can, indicating a lack of compatibility that was not mentioned in the product details. It feels like I've fallen for a scam. I will definitely be returning this product and urge others to be cautious when considering this purchase. A big thumbs down from me!

We use these in a smaller trashcan specifically for dirty diapers, and until we open the trashcan we cant smell anything. These pads seem to work well at absorbing the smell.

First I do not own a EKO Trash Can but I have found a way to use them by using a hot glue gun to glue the pad to the cardboard backing that they were shipped with and then I used a piece of self adhesive velcro to attach it to the underside of my trash can lid see image.I have noticed that my trash can appears to now have less odor emanation coming from it.These are a bit expensive though and time will tell how long the odor reduction will last.
