This item arrived broken. The wood from the lid wasn't glued together, scratching the see through panel and leaving it in 3 pieces. When removing the screws to attempt a repair, 2 of them are stripped & stuck.

Luckily I use teas that come in wraps! So this works great! Unwrapped teas without covers did fit in but did not look good through the clear cover. Left tea residue also . Fits lots tea. Use it daily!

One of the dividers arrived broken. Two of the dividers are slightly bent, albeit still usable.I would rather have the seller replace that one divider but can’t locate contact info for them. With that being said I’ll have to return my order.It’s a really nice tea bag holder but I can’t show you because the pic upload isn’t working.

This tea bag organizer is very attractive. If you have a bamboo theme in your dining room and kitchen or if you have bamboo cabinets, this will match its surroundings easily. Other than that, you'll have to install the partitions yourself which is very easy. After doing so, inserting teabags in it is very easy. I filled up my case very quickly because I love tea. Other than that, this tea bag organizer is made very well. The acrylic windows are very clear and without any blemishes. The finish on the bamboo is very clean and there are no flaws or dents at all. As for the craftsmanship, there are no visible seams or odd warpages to the faces. Overall, if you love tea and like to display the types of tea with a decorative box, this is what you've been looking for. I really like it and it's well worth it.

This is a great little teabag organizer box. I buy my tea in the grocery store and the boxes hold around 20 teabags. This holds almost the entire bag in each section, which is great because I have lots of different teas, including Oolong, Matcha, and my bedtime wind-down, Mint. The only issue that I had with the box is putting the dividers in - they didn't go directly into the slot made for them, and popped out a couple of times. Once secured, they remained where they were supposed to be, but that was annoying and I felt could have been done better. Nevertheless, this teabag organizer is a fantastic necessity for tea drinkers or tea sellers. Highly recommended.
