The Ladies Hot Shot Hook and Loop Grip featuring a Leather Cuff is designed for gymnasts with a body weight between 70 and 120 lbs. If you exceed this criteria check out our intermediate/advanced line (RKO, Regular Ladies,M1,M2). The Hot Shot Hook and Loop with leather cuff is our more durable version of the regular Hot Shot. Whether you are just starting to use grips or enjoy a narrow style, these grips are perfect for you. The narrow palm of the grip features a red leather sewn on dowell and is attached to a leather wrist cuff. Fastening the grip to the wrist is easy with a genuine high-quality red hook and loop Fastener rated for 10,000 cycles. Our innovative finger locking system helps keep the fingers from slipping out of the finger holes during use.

The narrow palm of the grip features a red leather sewn on dowell and is attached leather wrist cuff. Fastening the grip to the wrist is easy with a double buckle closure. Our innovative finger locking system helps keep the fingers from slipping out of the finger holes during use. We recommend the use of wristbands with these hand grips for added comfort. US Glove sizing is different from grip to grip. Please make sure you're ordering the correct size for your grip! To order Hot Shot Grips, take a measurement, in inches, from the wrist to tip of the middle finger.

Sizing was perfect and easy to measure. My gymnast needed new grips this season and we were told these were great for narrow handed girls. They fit great and broke in quickly. Will be buying back up set asap!

My daughter loves these specific grips and she’s used them since she was a level 4. However, she is now a level 10 gymnast and they don’t last as long as they did when she was younger and not doing release moves. I just wish they’d make the exact same style with more durable leather.

I bought these grips for my 11-year-old daughter who is in level 8. She wasn't introduced to grips until she was about 9 years old, so she found the transition hard. These grips were the only ones that worked well for her, and now she would never be without them. We received them quickly and the price was decent. We highly recommend!
