The thing I like the most about this backpack is the straps and buckles that go around your waist that put the weight onto your hips instead of your shoulders. This makes carrying the backpack around way more comfortable because your back isn't feeling any of the weight. I haven't used it with any long boards but it fits a standard sized skateboard very well. There is a ton of storage inside the bag with lots of pockets for all kinds of different storage for stuff like laptops and battery banks. I especially like that there is a hole for feeding your charger through so you can charge your phone with a battery bank in your bag while having your phone outside of the bag. The straps are all very easily adjustable and I especially like that the helmet/ball storage bag is detachable because I don't really think I'll ever use it, but it is nice to have just in case. This backpack doesn't cost much more than a cheap backpack from a big box store but you get so much more value for your money than you would with those backpacks. If you are a skater or have a skater in your life I don't think either of you would be disappointed with this backpack.

My son has recently taken up skateboarding and one of the things that all young skateboarders love to do is let others know that they skateboard. What better way to communicate that then by carrying your board around with you all day long at school even if you aren't allowed to ride said board. Seems to be a pretty well constructed bag and it holds his board just fine. I do wish it had some more pockets that were better laid out for educational needs (pencil pouches and the like), but he's happy with it so I'm happy.

My son uses this to transport his skateboard when he goes to the skatepark on his scooter. Holds the board securely and has plenty of room for snacks and other things!

My daughter loves her skateboard. We try to encourage her to take it with her when she can but she complains about having too much stuff. I was hoping this bag would be easy to work and it is easy enough. She ended up clipping her helmet to a strap instead of using the helmet net. It is nice to have but it has 4 clips that easily remove it. This bag is versatile so you don't have to use everything, you use it as a backpack, a lap top case, add a skateboard or not, helmet. Holds your water bottle. It's very well thought out and made well too. She has a 28" surf skate so the bag is perfect size.

I am incredibly pleased with this bag! With a multitude of pockets, this bag is a game-changer for organizing all your items to fit in it. The number of pockets is impressive. In addition to the spacious compartments, there are several small pockets, which are very helpful. I must note that my nephew is not using this for a skateboard but to transport his PlayStation when he spends the night at family members or friends. He is able to fit everything he needs in it. The only downside to this bag is the straps. They are uncomfortable and have very little padding.
