These had no stretch in the legs whatsoever. I started wearing them about halfway through my pregnancy and only wore them a couple times because I felt like I couldn’t move in them. Also made my legs itch.

Con: I bought XL and I'm a UK 16 maternity size . XL feels more like a size 20 very loose around my bump and waist.The legs are also very baggy.Pro: it's light weight comfortable to wear with side pockets.Easy to iron and good quality.

I typically wear an XL, sometimes XXL in Grey’s Anatomy, scrub pants because I have thick thighs and hips. These were too big through the hips and thighs and they felt very cheap and rough.

Runs a little bigger , I ordere an XL and I’m 199 lbs and four month pregnant , this where like parachute size , so L is usually what I wear

I got these at 27 weeks and they fit great. I held out for as long as possible but anything under my belly started to irritate me by the end of 12hrs with regular scrubs. I could see earlier in my pregnancy these being loose around the belly. I’m 5’4”, 14-16 pre pregnancy and pear shaped, the XL fits well. The material in actual pant stretches which is not the case in most other scrubs I have tried. The one downfall- only one set of pockets!

So far these are my favorite maternity pants. I have bought several pair of pants and these have the best overall fit. They are just a tad too big on me but these are the only pants that dont fall down or stretch out after an hour of wear or not too short on the legs. These arent perfect, but pretty close.
