We used these knives at a restaurant and were impressed enough to order some for ourselves when we got home. They are sturdy and cut easier than the usual smaller steak knives. I got enough for gift-giving too!

Nice knives but not sharp. Very dull. I need to purchase a electric sharpener.

These stainless steel knives are sturdy with a good wooden handle. Also super cheap compared to other sites!Edit: they started off well but they get jagged over time. They no longer cut well at all. In fact, I try to avoid using them now.
