It is amazing to have a bottle cage that fits my wide mouth, large Nalgene bottles. (And my Manna Insulated Water Bottle.).... Normal bottle cages only fit small bottles, and I find they just aren't large enough for long or hot rides. I've been searching for larger cages for ages. It was super easy to swap out on my bike and I didn't have any problems with my bottle staying in the cage on my ride. (Rails to Trails, not MTB)

works great, hold a Nalgene bottle very firmly even on my rigid bike on rough trails. seems solid enough I could mount one on the underside of the down tube as well without needing straps. Do wish it had more height adjustment. One more hole/slot above what it has currently would do it. For me to get it low enough on one of my bikes I had to buy a Wolftooth adapter as well, more of a frame issue but with such a big bottle the Widefoot could have offered more adjustment without making it physically longer.
