Thought product was quite expensive for what you get, but what isn't these days. Did what it was supposed to do.

I just received the Pad and opened it to find the bottom was badly damaged. More importantly, there is no accessorie—Wick. My original wick can't be used, if there is no wick, the water can only flow through the middle part of the pad, the efficiency is greatly reduced, I need a wick.

These are not easy to find in my area and I replace them annually. The quality is great and the price was less then the supplier I use to have to drive to ( over 1.5 hrs) to get them.
