Had to get creative with where I mounted the outer tire mount to work with my particulare air-fill setup. I installed the outer tire tube by feeding the 90 degree bend to the tire valve by passing it from between the 2 tires first and made the 90 degree connection to my tire valve. Snug it up till it stops hissing and then turn the 90 till it faces toward the hub. Now thread it through to the first available hole in your rim and come back out and feed that to the hub cover area. I had to slightly bend the 90 degree metal mounting tab so that I could get an optimal angle on the way the new extension line sits to keep stress off of it. I should have returned these and just got the 135 degree kit but didn't want to wait. I had a trip the next day and needed to deflate and inflate the tires for beach roaming and wanted these installed to make that easy. The inner valve stem extension I don't really think is a great design and I am worried about it failing. Unless you have a child-size hand, a super skinny and basically double jointed wrist, there is no realistic way of getting your hand inbetween the tires to really make sure that extension is on tight. because of that, I might recommend taking a Q tip and putting a little blue loc-tite on the inner female threads of that one just to make sure it stays on tight. Alternatively maybe put a thin coat of plumbers goo in there to hopefully prevent small air leaks IF that thing turns even a little bit and opens up airflow and leaks on the road. I had my 5000 lb truck bed camper on during the install of these and didn't want to remove the camper and jack up the truck to remove the outer tire to make a perfect connection. I recommend removal of the rear outer tire for this install or possibly suffer the same eventual consequency as I might suffer. I'll be driving with the tire pressure monitor screen on for awhile and will be meticulously keeping an eye on the pressure especially on the inners but as much so on the outers to make sure these are not leaking junk. If the outers leak...the devices are junk because these are installed well. If the inners leak...questionable if they are junk or if my install was weak.

This is the third time that I've bought this set, and is the first thing that I install when I get a new motorhome. It makes airing up the dually wheels infinitely easier and I have never had one of the braided hoses fail on me. One installation tip when drilling the 1/8" holes for the mounting brackets on the stainless steel wheel hubs - use a pointed punch to dimple the hub prior to drilling, and the drill bit won't walk on you. I also squirt a drop or two of oil on the drill bit and it makes drilling a piece of cake. All in all, it took less than 15 minutes to install all 4 hoses and hub mounts.

bought a set of these for a customer a while back, maybe September. seem ok but really were dificult to install. bought a new set in December for another rig, went to install the new set, leaked badly from crimp seal, after dealing with the new set, found out the old set only made it 2 months and caused a blow out on the freeway. Junk, do not buy

I agree with Dirk Van Essendelft. I have a F53 chassis. The dual outer wheel valve stem points inward, toward the motor home. The 90 degree extensions, in this kit, intended for that application need to be 135 degree. I had to add another valve extension to accommodate that problem. I intend to install a TPMS and need solid attach points for this. I have not traveled yet with these extensions. I will update once I do.

Easy to install on my dual wheel motor home. Hardest thing was where to mount on my hubcaps.

Solved my air pressure problems on my class c r.v. Took it to an r.v. Mechanic. Installed on the hubs of the wheel cover for easy access. Tried different styles cause they were cheaper and installed myself, Big mistake. Save headaches and have it done. Three trips out and no problems, well made.

Works as advertised. Used them on my 2014 E450 class C so I could connect a TPMS system. Worked well. Nice and secure. Came with pop rivets for mounting to wheel cover.
