West end has the worst customer service. No they do not make part replacements. I had it for less than a year and it broke.

I ordered this thing years ago and have used it off and on, then put it away for a while but recently started using it again to juice. It still does the job!It's a bit hard to unscrew and release the nozzle for cleaning (still working on trying to get that off from yesterday) - wait, I said a 'bit hard' - naw, it's pretty freaking unbelievable hard that a person with regular strength shouldn't be unable to unscrew the nozzle...SO, if you have superhuman strength, then order it but if not, look for something easier to come apart to clean. Hopefully, today will be the day that I'm able to unscrew it! It makes quite a bit of juice, not loud or messy and was a good value for the price.

This is an okay juicer. I wasn’t really looking for an excellent juicer. Just enough to make juice. Bought Sept 2022 until end of October 2023, it suddenly don’t make good juice anymore. A lot of pulp going into the juice. It did not last long. Now, i have to buy a new one.

Not all things work in all juicers and this one is no exception. A little trial and error to see what will juice without passing around the end of the screen cone and jam up but most things go through ok with good efficiency.

A cheaper juicer and you get what you pay for. A lot of juice is left behind but it does work pretty good. I have a big apple tree and I juiced much of the tree. I have also done carrots and celery and spinach. It has lasted thru the fall harvest.

The instructions are clear and concise. It is a slight headache to clean but I just think of how healthy a decision I have made. Used my for the very first time last night. There is cleaning involved but I’m also cleaning of my bad habitsI made a nice beets, celery, apple, carrot & pineapple cleanse last night. No issues - just cut up the large pieces and the juice was made

I am no stranger to juicers. I own a Norwalk, which costs a small fortune, and a couple of other types. They are sitting in the garage, gathering dust. They work, but they are a LOT of trouble to deal with and clean.This machine was surprisingly easy to use and easy to clean. I was worried at first, as I'm not a big fan of products made in China, where "quality control" is all too often a foreign concept to them. But it looks like West Bend is keeping a close eye out in this regard. I fully expected to take the pulp ejected by the juicer, and run it through a separate press I have, only to discover that the pulp is quite dry. No real wasted juice with this machine. You have to feed fruits and veggies through this a bit slower than other machines, but not really a problem. Let it work at its own speed.

Does its job! Noisy but not as loud as my blender😀. Could squeeze our more juice from celery; pulp can be reprocessed to get more juice out.

I like the juicer. The final product tastes better than centrifugal juicer and do not make noise while operating. Cleaning takes sometime but overall a good purchase.
