The manufacture location was not mentioned in the description. But theses were less expensive than a generic brand. So I didn't have high hopes.To my surprise, they were a perfect fit in 1.5" stand-offs. These have the right amount of elastic rubber to strectch on, then fit securely.

This is actually the second set of these I've purchased. The prior set was still in "okay" shape until I manageged to leave one on the roof while taking my ladder down. Since that ladder is a struggle to raise, I didn't want to put it back up so... I bought another set of caps.

Loaned my big ladder to a neighbor and naturally it was returned without the rubber feet on the stabilizer thingy... they were pretty worn out and I'm sure he didn't even know. Thankfully I found these and they fit perfectly and should be good for years to come.

Perfect replacement for a ladder standoff pad i use on my Little Giant that went missing. It has the metal insert like the original. Good tight fit, good quality rubber

My original rubber standoffs wore through the rubber face (metal cutting into the rubber over time and use and finally cuts all the way through) and had to be disposed of.These new ones include a metal cap insert that protects the square metal face of the standoff from cutting into the rubber.These will probably last for years longer the the old, original ones.The rubber used on these replacements seems very strong and has excellent traction to secure your ladder n the vertical surface. I had a few situations where my extension ladder at about 16 feet of extension was slightly off vertical level, but,these rubber end caps gripped my smooth house siding like glue.5 stars most definitely! For the fair price of $9.95 and considering how well these are for design and material, I highly recommend them.
