When I say I have bought SO MANY body shaping, waist training, belly hiding products, I mean it! I legit have a drawer for them! I carry weight in my belly and like have a bit of hold in the midsection but I am not going to for go comfort. I will not wear it, I will remove it in the bathroom or somewhere as discrete as possible and pack in my bag or throw it out right there if its uncomfortable haha I will say this runs a bit small for what I am used to but I still would buy a medium if I were buy it again. It is not most quality item but the stretch.... you can move and breath and most of all you can sit. There is a bit a of adjusting you have to do at time but that's acceptable. I wore this for 12 hours the other day, while working a manual labor job trimming trees then driving 3 hours then went out for dinner before I was able to change. I for sure recommend this. If you want snatch I would size down but just know it will be small! It was hard to fasten the first time but after I wore it a couple of times it got easier to put on. I will buy this again!

It's not bad for long term wear. Kind of feels like wearing a tighter undershirt. It does bow out though, so a belt is recommended to keep it from doing that.

Super comfortable for wearing all day! Perfect for a beginner waist trainer the boning isn’t too stiff so I can sit and bend as needed. Sucks in the lower belly nicely :)

Surprisingly soft and comfortable. Took a minute to get it on using the first row of eyes, so I am looking forward to the support it will provide. It is a little long for my torso, but I will keep it. Nice product.

It can be uncomfortable at the top around your ribs. Something poking I don’t feel like it does any good. Hold you in and makes you feel like your pants are tight, but that’s about it.

Im a postpartum mom who prior to having a baby has never used fajas. I hated them due to being so uncomfortable. I tried multiple ones since having my baby and returned ALL of them.
