I bought the reins to put on a caroscel horse that I repainted and clear coated. When the reins were put on there was some wierd chemical reaction. Where ever the reins touch the paint came off. Wish I would have discovered this earlier so that I could have returned them.

Nice reins but not what is pictured. Black reins with brown leather ties…. Maybe a mistake not sure but bummed bc now I have to send them back!

Nicely made, and I love the headstall, but when these reins get wet (or hands sweat) they're extremely slippery!! Would be amazing if they had grippers of some sort on them.
