This is a great complete kit for boat use. The waterproof bag allows it to be stored on board and not have to worry about water intrusion. It is packed full of standard first aid supplies. The bag is small and easy stowed, but does leave little room for additions to the kit. The red color makes it easy to see and locate in an emergency.

Although we haven’t tested the waterproofness, It seems very well made. I think that as we use/or product expires that we will replace it. There are kids on board so some things need to be for kids, so we’ll add those. I’ve never had much faith in plastic tweezers so we need change those. You’ll have to make it your own for your needs. But what’s most important is the waterproof bright red case; which makes it quick to find. We have 2 boats, a fishing boat and a play boat so both have one on board.

Great kit that's small and will deal with the majority of minor medical issues you might have on the open water. I added some items to my kit that fit in the red outer waterproof bag. I have in my photo all the items that come in the kit. If it's the only kit you will take on the water, you might add a trama item like a tourniquet and your preferred pain reliever (aspirin, Tylenol, etc.).

Use it on the boat. Tight seal. Needs a few other items but good starter. I added what I needed such as extra band aids and bandage.
