I will start with admitting that I did not want this, I didn't want more polyester in my room especially on my bed where I spend so much time. I really like my current comforter and bedspread. But as Mick Jagger said we get what we need. I have a senior dog with bladder issues and lately he's also taken to hacking up bile. I'm already noticing a couple small spots on my bedspread even after washing. This will hopefully protect them more than the waterproof throw that I put as a layer over my comforter but it moves around at night so now I will try this before the comforter gets stains also. This will take less time in the dryer than when I have to wash the comforter and I will be able to add other whites in there too so more convenient. I haven't had to wash it yet so I don't know if being white it will stain from yellow bile or even food for when granddaughter thinks she needs to drink juice in the bed. If it repels stains then this would also be good for parents whose kids hang out in their bed. Price is decent for the use of protecting expensive comforters and the use. I will update this review if I notice that while this might protect my comforter if it causes his accidents to pour off onto the rug then that would not be good. I can only currently review on quality as it is as received. If I have issues in the future after my guy has had his accidents I ordered this for, I will update.

Overall, it does the job for an affordable price. It's waterproof and great especially for households with pets, kids, or elderly family members. It prevents leaks and stains, and of course it’s machine washable. It also comes with matching pillowcases. The comforter fits securely and also has a double-zipper.That said, the material isn't as soft as I’d hoped; it feels a bit rough against the skin and lacks the smoothness. However, for a budget-friendly option that provides solid protection, it’s worth it. If comfort is a top priority, you might want to layer a softer sheet between this and your skin, but for practicality and durability, it's a great buy.

This cover will work to protect my bed from rough treatment by my 78 pound dog. I haven't found any snags or tears from the dog jumping onto the cover. It is soft and waterproof. It is too big for my king size comforter. The comforter escapes from the inner ties, and then bunches up. I can only sleep about 2 hours, then I get too hot and wake up. The material puckers and is difficult to smooth out. I will put this on top of the bed during the day, but remove it when I want to sleep.

Great quality comforter cover, washable and water proof. It nice to use in kid room. No worries on the spill anymore.
