I purchased this to customized a turn down or turn right/left tailpipe for my integra. The purpose being that I'd like to be able to direct sound away from sound booths etc when going to the track. It's a fairly large pipe, i'd say from the straight portion to when it begins to turn is about 5-7" or so. I had to cut off about 1/2 of that to shorten it. I also cut the turn portion.The main thing that many will be concerned with and WHY this piece is more expensive than others is that the turn is mandrel bent. This means there is no loss of volume and uniform in circumference as it turns. Also when it was shipped it was packaged by walker a company that makes these types of parts for many companies. The steel is i'd guess 16-18ga.
