A good cheap alternative to OEM, but had to make modifications to make work. Be aware that these are not to spec of OEM the donut part is thinner so I had to grind some of the flanges down in order for it to properly seal. 99 Chevy Astro.

This gasket fit like the original where it needed to be installed. No problem here whatsoever. It should have been included with the catalytic converter, though.

I ordered these to replace the ones I removed while doing a exhaust manifold swap out , turns out I didn't need them cause the replacement part came with a new set. However had I needed them they would have work fine, they were an exact match with the originals.
