This pipe is not mandrel bent like the factory. It is crush bent. Also they flared the ends so a 2.75 won’t slide over. Will have to be welded. A 3” muffler will slide over if you want to clamp.

I bought this to rebuild my exhaust system, As this was cheaper than having a custom pipe bent. The pictures show a mandrel bent pipe, but this pipe actually has crush bends. The walker website also lists it at 2.75" pipe, this appears to be 3", which is actually better for my situation. It could be that it is 2.75" id to fit over the existing exhaust pipe of a stock truck, but I haven't measure it yet. Otherwise, the pipe looks good, all the bends look consistent and pretty good. Once installed I will comment on the fitment, but I'm not expecting any issues.After measuring the pipe, its not quite 3" OD, more like 2 7/8". As I mentioned earlier, they are not mandrel bends, I guess you can call them crimp bends as they are not crush bends like you would get at most muffler shops. Still a great value, great for piecing together your own exhaust on a budget.
