I own a cleaning service and the steam sprayer is a lifesaver. It’s on wheels. It has many different attachments and very easy to use. I have used it on people‘s refrigerator, glass shelves and I could you not it makes the glass so clean and clear and it doesn’t fog them up all the sticky stuff in your fridge that you’re scrubbing forever this just melts it right off. Another thing I use it for is the tracks on your sliding doors and windows they are so difficult to get all that stuff out of and it works amazing showers, etc. I use it all the time. I highly recommend this product.

This thing is absolutely amazing!! Only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was it needs distilled water for best results. I would have ordered with it but instead then had to go to the store before using it. I was skeptical when ordering. I used it to clean the car today and it worked flawlessly and made cleaning a breeze. It melted away even the hardest dirt left from a baseball kid. This will be a go to for all my cleaning needs.

Great Cleaning power! Comes with so many different attachments, you’ll be able to get into any little nook or corner, be careful when refilling, the top gets extremely hot. Also it splashing water out quickly so keep that in mind when using.

Great steam output when you follow instructions and let it warm up. Used to remove wallpaper and was very effective. We used attachment for wallpaper in larger areas and use the fabric steamer attachment for smaller areas. This model has many attachments for multiple uses. We recommend this unit. This purchase was not associated with any promotions given to us.

I picked up this unit as I have a large amount of wallpaper to remove over the next little while as I renovate, and this unit pays for itself after 5 days compared to renting a commercial steamer -- plus at the end of it, I get a general-purpose steamer for cleaning, etc!I received it today and removed 40 years of wallpaper from 2 walls this evening, and all I can say is "wow". This thing is just about as good as any commercial wallpaper steamer I've rented in terms of steaming performance. The plastic parts are likely not as durable, of course, and the water reservoir is smaller, but it absolutely does the job. The refill + preheat cycle gave me enough time to clean up the mess I had just made, grab a drink, and carry on with wallpaper removal. It provided steam on a continuous-duty basis, though you do get higher pressure for a while if you give it some downtime -- didn't affect my wallpaper job at all, but might be important to other applications. For the price, this thing is a steal. SUPER glad I went this way rather than a rental!

I bought this model to clean the seats and interior area in my truck. Today I took it out of the box and went on a cleaning mission of the kitchen. Let me tell you this steamer is well worth the price. It is a quality made product and with Wagner its a name you can trust. This steamer comes with lots of goodies. There are 2 cleaning tips that are stored on board under the fill cover door. One for non aggressive cleaning such as counter tops, microwave, stove tops, coffee maker, stainless steel kettle, dishwasher. The other tip is a brass cleaning tip and made short work of the baked on grease on the inside of the oven door. It allows you to get right into the dirt that you are cleaning and combined with the hot steam this is a steamer to have in the around the house, cant wait to see what it can do in the vehicle. There are attachments to clean your floors with extended handles and there is even a heat plate to remove wall paper. I filled it today with distilled water 48oz and I went nuts for over an hour with no let up. The hose was solid and very comfortable in your hands and its a good length when working in a space, the only down fall I found is the power cord is not long enough would like to see it the same length of the hose. Fill the tank with distilled water, plug it in the red and green lights will come one then you have to wait for it to warm up about 20 min or so depending on the amount of water you put in I filled it up 48 oz. Once the red light goes out you can go to town with steam, and I mean steam WOW the pressure will amaze you and the job gets done. I even cleaned the windows with this steamer boom . When you are done with the steamer, turn it off, unplug the machine, trigger the steamer to release the pressure this can take a few mins. Once the pressure is gone you can open the fill cap and be careful it is hot around the fill inlet. Let cool and then drain the tank, now this is where you will need your muscles as this is an awkward machine to turn upside down to drain. You should never store it with water in the tank. I really love this machine and it is well worth the money. Thanks Wagner.

Very sturdy looking cleaner. I absolutely love the mopping option. I use it for cleaning hardwood floor and bathrooms. Window cleaning option is also really great, works well and with lot less mess afterwards. Metal nozzle is another great accessory, it makes cleaning tough stain on kitchen stove really easy. All in all worth purchasing if you like cleaning your house yourself or you are just stuck at home in this pandemic and can’t get expert cleaners indoor. There are few (about 4) things that can be improved.1) Cord length is too small, maybe that’s by design but it would be good to have it about 10 feet atleast to get around the room from a single socket. This one is easy to fix, I had to get a extension cord. But it would be nice to have a longer cord.2) With 3-4 accessories, storing is quite a pain. I wonder if they could have given option to mount the accessories on the tank itself. This is common problem with all cleaners, lot of accessories (twice of what you need and no good way to store them).3) There is no telling if the tank is low on water, you have to manage that yourself. For 12-14oz of water it runs 15 minutes. The problem is when you cleaning you are not constantly spraying, so managing that timing is difficult, and all of a sudden steam comes to stop and you have to refill. That takes about 40 minutes to get back to the cleaning (20 minutes to let the cap cool down before unscrewing and 20 minute to get the water heated up). This is lot of time to get you out of you momentum. I found it really annoying.4) Lastly, safety is little bit of concern. They have taken measure to make sure it is safe to use. The cap strew for water tank is really long, that’s awesome but the screw can get really hot. All you have to save yourself from touching the hot cap is a warning on the cap. I wonder if the flap is little tight to open for kids and if they can have that warning upfront (trading looks for safety), or if they could have just added a locking mechanism to stress that opening the tank cap is not safe when it’s running or hot.Even with all this “area of improvement”, this is great product to have.

Then this unit should fit the bill nicely and is reasonably priced. I wasn't happy with the reviews or the pricing of the Shark products at Can Tire stores, and didn't find many better options at other local big box or hardware stores, so Amazon.ca to the rescue! This unit works well. Regarding some common comments:The short cord, yeah could be longer but not a problem for me since I don't have a huge home. The lack of a way to see how much water is left, yes that does bother me. I can't believe that there isn't a low water indicator or even a sight glass. I am not sure if the unit will shut off automatically if the tank runs dry. If not, I'm wondering if you could burn out the heating system that way? I think the idea of timing usage to determine water supply is ridiculous...15 minutes of what? Actual squeezing of the trigger? Or just having it on? I'm never squeezing the trigger continuously, it's always in bursts. Steam. Wipe. Steam. Wipe. That said, I can live with picking it up and shaking it a bit to hear if there's a sound of water swishing around, but what a shame Wagner didn't include something so basic in the design. Also, if you are not 100% committed to cleaning without chemicals, you may not see the value in having another clunky appliance to store and schlep around the house. It does a great job of blasting cracks, crevices, and hard to reach areas...can make short work of cleaning a stove or a BBQ, but how often will you be doing this? Wallpaper? That's almost prehistoric...I've moved around a lot but I haven't had a home with wallpaper for decades. As another reviewer pointed out, I had a glass enclosed shower stall and the steamer with window squeegee attachment did not take the soap scum off, where it was a bit more caked on near the corners. I had to break out the Windex anyways. But I think once I give it a good chemical cleaning, I can maintain it with the steamer if I do it more frequently before it builds up again. To be honest, a spray bottle with water and vinegar and a good micro fibre cloth would be probably be easier than hauling out this beast, filling it, waiting for it to heat, etc if it was just to clean a few mirrors and a shower door. You have to make a bigger project out of it. Like the entire bathroom(s). It's great for blasting nasties out of the joints, crevices, and hinges of the toilet, and around the sink faucets, and other places where chemicals can't do much but damage...I have a feeling after the initial novelty wears off I'll be struggling to find many projects to keep this little beastie busy, but it will come in handy from time to time and I do want to minimize the use of chemicals. It wasn't all that big of an investment. So in conclusion if you are trying to get rid of the chemicals used in your home, I firmly support that initiative, although it's not perfect, this is the way to go!

I guess my expectations were skewed from various infomercials about steam cleaners, but when I purchased this unit, I was primed and ready to point this thing at everything, and everything twinkling in the sunlight. Or at the very least, getting clean.First off, it does do a great job with certain applications. My favorite thing to blast was corner and seam build up of mildew or that weird pinkish stuff that grows in wet bathroom and kitchen seams. This isn't so much a testament to the cleaning power of the steam, but rather the force in which it expels. It's able to "blow" away that stuff from their crevices and get it out. Take for instance, toilet seat hinges (EEEWWWWWWWW). Especially if you have a male in your house that doesn't aim well. This will get in there, and get everything out. So clean a drunk frat boy could eat off of it.It also does a good job on anything you'd think hot water would work on. Kitchen grease for instance. The one thing that REALLY surprised me was grout. This thing does a great job getting grout clean, but it sure as hell doesn't "blast" it away. You have to scrub just as hard as you would any other stubborn stain, so don't expect miracles by pointing this thing at grout and laughing maniacally as dirt gets scared and runs away. What did it not work on so well? For starters, my grill. I really wanted my grill's metal to shine through after I pointed the Wagner at it. No such luck. I should preface, it's a new grill, only used it 4 times so far, so no considerable build up.So as far as what it will work well on, and what it won't, here's the jist. If the thing you're trying to clean would have required you to scrub if you just used a sponge and some cleaning solution, it'll still need to be scrubbed with this. The steam merely acts as the cleaning agent, not as some miracle purifier of dirty and stained things.I also don't like the size, although I knew that going in. Size seems to matter when it comes to power steamers, but it's just too much damn hassle to use regularly, which I'd like to. All the tools and peripherals that don't have a home on the unit (they just sit around), the 15-20 minutes of heating time, the releasing of steam and water when you're done... it's just too much to use often. I will say, once you get started, the steam lasts for a long time. Sometimes I just hold the damn hose in the air and play with the steam coming out. The downtime inbetween re-heats doesn't bother me too much. If something doesn't get clean in 1 minute of blasting, it likely will not get any cleaner with 10 minutes of straight blasting.A big... big.. BIG minus.. is the exclusion of some sort of water level indicator. Why the heck Wagner did not build one in is beyond me. You have absolutely no idea how much water you're putting in, or how much you have left when you use it.All in all, I bought it mainly because I've always wanted a power steamer. I've always had fantasies of pointing it at my non-existent outdoor brown wicker furniture to discover they're actually pure white, or steaming the brake dust off my non-existent BMW's wheels (which still may work, haven't tried). It does seem to do a great job of nooks and crannies, which that alone is worth it enough to me, but honestly, this thing is not going to replace a quick scrub down with some 409 and a paper towel. Cleaning solution + paper towel = 30 seconds and a clean surface. Wagner Power Steamer = 30 minutes for that exact same job. When you use it, you have to commit and just clean the whole damn house, and then your neighbors. Make it worthwhile.
