This is a pretty good and light stove. I needed a stove for an emergency pack while traveling through some remote areas. It's good for that purpose. Small and light. Fits nicely in a modest sized duffel bag of emergency gear. Puts a good amount of heat.

I'm a big fan of this style stove. I am very happy with the Odoland variant of this stove that I have been using for backpacking for a couple of years. I ordered 4 of this Wadeo variant for my scout troop to replace the tiny and lightweight MSR Pocket Rocket style stoves for two main reasons: 1. They have a large, more stable pot holder platform that can accommodate the size pot needed for cooking for 4 or so people and 2. they can be used with Flame-King refillable propane cylinders so we don't need to go to the expense and waste of single-use iso-butane cannisters on every trip. Yes, they weigh more than the pocket rockets and take up more space, but this is a worthwhile tradeoff for the cost and performance, in my opinion. As for this stove itself, it is not as well built as the Odoland variant, which is probably why it is a few bucks cheaper. The metal is a little more flimsy on this stove with less strengthening bends and structures in it. This is a little important as the metal seems prone to bending on these. One of the stoves had a problem right out of the box where the piezo igniter tip was bent far away from the metal of the stove so that it couldn't spark across the gap and light the gas. By comparing to one of the other stoves, I could see how the sheet metal was supposed to be oriented and was able to bend it back so that it worked. That is my only reason for taking one star off. Other than that, these stoves are great- stable, easy to use, light enough and capable of running on propane or isobutane.

I bought this product along with a cooking set and it works great!!! But after a couple of years of using probably 1or 2 times a month it finally broke on me… the gas started leaking out from under burn but again i had it for maybe 2years and will definitely buy this product again cause it served its purpose and I used in on tailgate of truck, in tent.

I've been a fan/user of the MSR white gas WhisperLite stoves for years of backpacking. But camping a lot less often and needed to be lighter still. This stove fits that bill perfectly. It is at least as stable as a Whisperlite (a low bar to beat) but packs much smaller and lighter. Used it on a four day trip & happy with it. I like that the tank is connected to stove via hose and not directly under burner. I think that makes fore a lower pot and stable enough burner.Downside: I knocked the igniter off of stove, took a minute to find it in the gravel. It popped back on and I made a note to self to be careful to not rush folding out the legs. Lighting can be exciting, be sure to only open valve only a crack before pushing the igniter button. Button is next to burner so your hand is right there when it ignites.

It works ok, looks nice, and is a good concept, but I spent too long trying to regulate the flame because the flame kept turning the tip blue or red, yet the flame was not coming out or harming up my pan. Every time I got the flame where I wanted it before the water could boil, the flame would drop or disappear, and the tip would start to turn blue or red depending on the bit of flame I had. I am unsure if that was a material problem or the bottles I used. The day was not windy whatsoever, and I swapped tanks just in case it was a bottle issue.

Will be going camping in a couple weeks and wanted to get a stove that was lightweight, portable and able to use different fuels. This is perfect. Got it in today and immediately liked how small its case was and surprised by how lightweight it is.. It can easily fit in the glove box of a car, side pocket of a bag or even in your "bug-out bag". Comes with case, stove, attached fuel line and adapter that allows use with the larger propane tanks (up to 1 lb i believe). It assembled quickly and i noted no leaks on the tank or adapter seals. The igniter lit the gas immediately and adjusting the flame was easy. Disassembled quickly (once cooled, of course) and stored right back in its case with no issues at all. So far I rate 4 of 5 stars, simply because I have yet to put it to a test while camping. I can't wait to actually give it a try, and will of course, add an update.

I bought this to replace a larger stove that attached directly to the top of a propane tank. I used it for years, but it used detents to adjust the flame instead of continuous adjustment. The lowest setting would cause the flame to go out with the slightest puff of air. The next step up was so hot I had to be careful not to burn the food. This appeared to be a perfect replacement BUT...The flame adjustment was VERY inexact. The first time I lit it I had just barely cracked the valve open and when it lit using the built in ignitor it lit with a flame a foot or more in diameter, burning my hand!I managed to get it adjusted (VERY SENSITIVE) but it did adjust down to a small managable flame big enough to cook with without going out, yet small enough not to burn the food.I managed to get a pot of food cooking when I heard a weird sound coming from it. I looked around to see the entire upper section (mixing tube and burner glowing cherry red) and before I could stop it the hose fitting had overheated and started spouting flames that engulfed the entire stove in a ball of flame.Luckily I had decided to try it out before going on a camping trip, and I was not near anything flamable.I first thought it was just a defective unit until I read more of these reviews and found it is common on this unit. (Bad design obviously!)This item is DANGEROUS and should NOT BE USED UNDER ANY CONDITIONS!I wish I could give this ZERO STARS, but they wouldn't let me send this review without giving it at least one star! This product does not deserve any type of credit at all!
