These sling clips are nice and sturdy and perfect for use. Fit my rifle no issues and easy to hook to my strap that broke.

I would buy Magpul mounts if they were available on Amazon but these are half the price and just as good. Well made and a solid piece of cast steel. I don't see them failing under and circumstances that I will inflict on them.

Don't know if would use with a heavier rifle. It is adequate for my purposes. If have a bigger/heavier rifle, look for something else.

Needed a set of these to mount a sling to my new Mossberg 590 12ga shotgun. As long as you get the right size sling swivel for your sling you're good to go. These were the exact size I i needed for my Magpul sling. Fit and finish were spot on with these. Mounted up to my 590 with no issues. I have no complaints so far. I would def recommend these as i would buy them again.
