I was concerned that these were made of nylon rather than steel. Once installed, they work great. The nylon is plenty strong and it will never rust.

These cleats are well-made and worked as expected. I use them on a flag pole to secure the ropes when raising and lower the flag.

I bought these to tie off some very heavy cords for blinds. I think they're more for boat usage, but my application worked better than the store bought flimsy products.
