How to choose right size for you?
To find your correct size, simply measure your knee circumference, 10cm above your kneecap. Then compare the product sizes chart to find the right size for yourself.
If you're between sizes, it is reocommended that you choose the upper size. If it's too tight for you, it will be easy to slide down.

This is actually a great knee pad. I bought this for volleyball as I want one that has good thick padding. My previous branded name pad was just not working for me. I'm getting old and need to protect my knees when I play.

Ordered these knee pads for my father in law, he has bad needs and always complaining about pain in his knees, now My father in law uses them daily, fit nicely the padding process warmth, not bulky functionality and durability are great .maybe make them more elastic.

Ordered these for my daughter. The volleyball knee pads sold at Academy are too uncomfortably tight for her thick thighs and tend to roll down and leave red marks on her legs. She loves these. They fit so well and don't roll or slide down, and she said they actually are the best kneepads she's ever used for diving on the court. Super highly recommend!

After three volleyball league nights I feel the EVA foam padding offers good impact protection. The fit is a little looser than expected. But the pads have a large surface area and so far don’t slip too far to leave knees unprotected.

I've worn kneepads at work everyday for over a decade. Comfort and protection are of course very important for wearing all day every day. These kneepads are very comfortable, the sleeves are rather long which helps to keep the pads in the position the user prefers, without gripping the knee too tightly. The pads are quite thick, keeping the knee joint safe from harm. The thickness of the pad is similar to the discontinued Asics brand, offering similar protection.Highly recommended for everyday wear.

These knee pads are perfect for exercises that involve being on your knees for extended periods. I use them for strength and mobility and yoga exercises. I have a knee replacement and it is very painful to be on my knees for even a short time but these knee pads provide the padding that allows me to complete the exercises with much less pain. They are very easy to put on and require no adjustment.
