I got these because I have inverted nipples and wanted to try outie nipples for once. The areolas are twice as big as mine, but can be ok for someone with bigger breasts and areolas. It’s also not a color match. Otherwise they stick on perfect and look good with and without clothes. My husband says the nipple is too hard. Whatever I’ll be using these when I want to show some nip.

I originally bought the large. They were way to big to look real. I am not a small woman. I am a large bust size. I ordered the nedium and saw no difference between the large and medium? Got a refund on 2nd set. Im debating ordering the small. I want something that looks real/natural not like tuning knobs!

I ordered the smallest size and they arrived huge .. looks nothing like real breasts nipples more like cow juggers! Yuck

Like so many others who purchased these silicon nipples, I too am a bilateral mastectomy patient from 2014. I had entertained the idea for many years of looking into 3-D nipple tattoos, but at $400 each they were cost prohibitive. I am now glad that I did NOT spend the money, and I wish I would have found these much, much sooner! They are BETTER than a tattoo because they look and FEEL so real. The fact that these were only $26 for the set makes them even better. I am a 34D and I ordered "MEDIUM". They are the perfect size. I got them to surprise my husband of 32 years and he was beyond thrilled and could not get over how real they look and feel. I hope this helps someone else like me :).

After a double mastectomy and reconstruction, I was looking for prosthetic nipples to help me feel semi-normal again. While there are some higher quality options available elsewhere, this is really the best option available here on Amazon (due to lack of competition, not because these are so great.) I have 3 problems with this product:(1) These come in 3 colors, but they are all very light compared with the photos. I have very fair skin, so I first bought the lightest color, then the medium color, which were both very close to my skin color. I'm ordering the dark color now, but my expectations are pretty low at this point.(2) There are 3 sizes, but please note that "size" has nothing to do with the diameter of the prosthetic; it refers to how far each nipple (that little ball part) projects out in front. If you look at some of the customer photos, you can see how absolutely ridiculous the projection is. Even the "small" seems too big to me, and I am not a small woman. The only reason for this that I can imagine is that these are not meant to be realistic, but more for someone who wants extremely obvious high beams.(3) As I mentioned, the sizes have nothing to do with diameter of the areola. In fact, there is only one size in that regard, which is strange since women in general, breasts, and natural areolas have such a wide range of sizes, from very small to very big. So, exactly how big is this one-size-fits-all? 2.5 inches. I thought maybe I could just trim them down, but they are made to taper quite thin at the edges to make them look more natural, and cutting the edge off will make a more abrupt line all the way around.You may be wondering why I am bothering with these at all since I am clearly not a fan. I still have several months of procedures to go before I have new nipples surgically reconstructed. After all the cancer treatments and surgeries, I'm at a point where I just wants to feel as close to normal and whole as possible, which means prosthetic nipples for the time being. Hopefully, the more permanent option isn't more than a year away, so I don't really want to make the investment in the high quality prosthetics.Bottom line, these are fine for something silly like Halloween, maybe a bachelorette party, dressing in drag, or a spicy night in the bedroom. But if you are looking for something realistic, these are only good as a temporary substitute.

After a double mastectomy, my reconstructed nipples left my breasts without much of a personality. The tattoo was fading, so I was on the hunt for something like this. This product is perfect! I am brown skinned, and the darker tone fits my complexion perfectly. The realistic bumps and around the areola are perfect. The raise of the nipple is not too intrusive, just something subtle enough under a bra. Or go braless w confidence showing a little more poke. I haven't taken these off since I got them, I sleep in them, I take them off when I shower and pop them right back on. I am ordering a second pair. The adhesion still works great., and passed this along my other survivor girlfriends.I hope this helps your decision!
