I have bought four different versions of medical alert, bracelets, and hated everyone of them. But I found the unicorn. This one is terrific because it uses a magnet to close and fits my very small wrists. I highly recommend it.

Got this bracket for my son that has T1D. Now I can relax when he is out with friends knowing he wears the bracelet. Small yet fashionable.

Sometimes the magnetic fastener comes unfastened. A couple of times I have caught the bracelet as it was about to fall off my wrist. Maybe I am too active? Otherwise, it is a good product.

It has a magnetic "latch" to hold the band on, but I have to constantly keep re-tightening it up. The graphics on the top and bottom are first class.

Did not like that the bracelet was magnetic. It slides. It did not state in the description that the bracelet was going to be held together with magnets

This is the first medical id bracelet I ordered. Upon arrival I was very pleased with it because it has a magnetic clasp and I could adjust it to fit. I even ordered a silver one. However, as time went on the magnet quit holding, it fell off several times and this bracelet snagged my clothes. Poor quality and not the awesome bracelet the seller describes.
