The polish does make the ball shiny, but I think it hooks more than before using the slip agent.

My wife's throw has a little spin on it, not much but enough for even a plastic ball to have a few boards of movement. After applying the slip agent that little but of spin doesn't matter anymore. This stuff makes spareballs just glide straight.

Definitely gives the ball more shine for more control.. able to read the lanes more easily.. love it.. put it on every time.. probably shouldn't, but it works. Consistency..

I bowl in a league and oil always dried up usually between game 1 and 2 and this worked perfect for that especially when i have a high reactive ball.

Works as described. Have used for years to tame an over-reactive ball on slow alleys. Would recommend it for anyone looking for more length on the lane.

Great as advertised. If you want your ball to not hook as much, get this, take it to your pro shop operator, and ask them to throw a coat or 2 on for you.
