I wished I could use this album, I was impressed with Vienrose Customer Service, whenever I had a concern or question I was given a well-thought-out answer, with lots of suggestions to follow and not an answer just to be answered, It is always so helpful to work with someone who has an understanding of the term scrapbooking and archival preservation, even if they or no one at their company knows a particular concern, someone who does their research and tries to have an understanding of what their customer is asking, rather than just guessing and giving any answer, to say they answered the question, to me is not only excellent Communication skills but a person who knows their product – you can’t just sell a vacuum cleaner within your store, if that is what is being sold, without knowledge of how that vacuum cleaner operates, anticipating possible problems, by getting to know that product.Because sooner or later someone will come through your door to want to buy a vacuum cleaner and will want you to demonstrate, to help them problem solve.

This photo album is good to keep all the pictures of the family and all the memories in the past. this is a perfect photo album for me I can write in each line beside picture also it comes with metallic pens I choose the color green because mother earth color I think and the pages of this photo album from 50 pages to 100 pages you can save more pics on it. this is a good photo album for me material, design, color and quality all look perfect. this photo album remind me all the memories of my family and don't faded our memories every time I look each photo in the photo album. I have been wanting a scrapbook for a while now and I am very happy with this one. It seems to be very durable and came with some very cute stickers to decorate the pages with.
