Purchasing criteria:

Installation method
Step 1
Prepare the screw driver, and then push the chain guard protector in from the crank position
Step 2
Turn it over and align the hole position
Step 3
Tighten the screws on the back, attention, do not tighten them immediately, fix all the screws one by one, and then tighten them.

Note:
- 1. Please make sure if the sizes of your crank set is applicable to this cover and make sure if your crank ring has 4 screw holes.
- 2. The length of the screw is just right, no need to change, any change will affect the speed change.
- 3. Please note that this product is only suitable for Shimanos M430 and M590 and M390 guard discs, suitable for chain discs with a maximum of 44 teeth. When installing, it should be noted that when some chain rings leave the factory, there is no thread in the mounting hole, so you need to tapping it yourself.
- 4. It should be noted that some 590 cranksets do not have four screw holes. This product cannot be installed with this type of crankset. Please confirm carefully before ordering.

They didn't give exact size in description of unit ,so it didn't fit my application , it also did not come with any screws for attaching it, so even if it had fit, there was no way to attach it

where the indentation is I had to cut it so if you collapse a fit according to the measurements that are given in the description that should have fit with no problems

I have a Norco vfr 1 the measurments are right and quality is great as it said light and plastic but the holes are not matching 4 of them it only aligning with 2 of the holes if i try to align with the other 2 this time the other 2 holes won't match so i ended up only holding it with 2 screws only ..
