Sehr stabil => Empfehlung!Waschmaschine mit 100kg geht, wenn auch ein zweiter Mann sinnvoll ist.Nicht perfekt verpackt, da einige Abdrücke am Griff sind und eine Matze in einem Rad ist.

This isn't what I expected. This is basically made for very light loads, not for the recommended weight limit that's listed. It struggled to get down simple steps as pushing it is difficult since it doesn't seem to want to move forward due to the wheels not being able to glide across the ground smoothly. There's also the issue with it tilting forward in the upright resting position which makes the whole dolly fall forward if you're not holding it and there's no way to stop it from rolling forward since it keeps leaning forward anyway. Good idea just not made for actually moving decent weighted stuff as recommended.

Its a very sturdy stair climbing dolly. The only complaint I have is that the instructions to assemble it are not clear. The instructions were in B/W pictures that were not clear and it took me some time to figure out the correct directions with some trial and error. I wish there was a youtube video that i could follow.

It does work, but it’s not at all good with short heavy loads that stick out too far. It’s better with narrow heavy loads, but using it to get the load up or down the stairs is trying. I think I want a longer handle to control it better.I used it a fair amount while moving, but since then it hasn’t been quite as useful as I was hoping. Haven’t had trouble with the wheels getting stuck on my stairs like others have, so it probably depends a lot on the stairs.

I got this for a move. Unfortunately I didn't test it when I first received it before the move (that's on me). But I got this specifically to go up & down the stairs. Due to the wheels not being large enough or spaced out enough, it can NOT actually climb up and down the stairs at APARTMENTS or I assume any staircase honestly. It's best suited for SMALL STEPS, NOT ACTUAL STAIRS. I likely should have measured the stairs outside before hand too but warning to all, it seems that all these foldable hand tricks are NOT accurately designed for STAIRS but only for SMALL STEPS, NOT STAIRS.Only gets stars because I wanted one that is foldable and does well on flat surfaces but NOT STAIRS.

Easy assembly and light weight and sturdy. Works really well on my steps to bring in things that are too heavy. Great price considering what others costed. Very pleased with my purchase

Bought this to move stuff down two flights of steps. Unfortunately, when it arrived and I went to assemble it I discovered that one of the holes in the metal tray that forms the bottom of the assembled hand truck was defective and too small for one of the four bolts attaching it to the upright frame to pass through. Thus I was unable to assemble it as delivered (see pictures). A drill could perhaps have been used to clear that hole and enable the bolt to pass, but given the warranty implications of such a modification, my uncertainty that this would work since the piece appeared to be a very strong cast metal with the other holes not appearing to have been drilled, and my lack of an appropriate drill bit I wasn't willing to give this a try.I contacted VEVOR's customer support chat via the link on Amazon's site on Saturday, uploaded pictures of the problem, and was told I would have a solution in 1 to 3 business days. On Wednesday I received an email that they had "consulted the relevant technicians" and that from whom I could expect a reply "within 1-3 days". I replied reminding them that, as I'd mentioned in my original support chat, I needed a working hand truck for a move the coming weekend so would either need to receive a replacement part by Friday or would have to purchase something locally and return this defective item to Amazon. The next morning I had a reply that since their parts were "shipped from China, it takes a long time" and that it would take "about 10-15 days for us to provide you with the logistics information of the accessories". The email apologized for not being able to deliver the part when needed and suggesting I "contact Amazon directly for a refund." So today (Thursday) I initiated a return of the item to Amazon. While from the parts I received I expect the hand truck would have effectively met my needs, clearly there was a problem with quality control of the parts as the defective bolt hole appeared quite obvious. Nonetheless, I'm giving a rating of 3 stars, primarily because of the reasonably quick and honest support from VEVOR and Amazon's return process which has automatically arranged to have UPS pick up the return within the next 3 days, saving me from figuring how to this large and awkwardly shaped box to a drop off point. I have no idea how many of these units may have similar defects, but if you need to be sure to have a working item within a few weeks you may want to look elsewhere just to be safe.

I needed something to move a couple window A/C units up & down stairs. The units are a bit heavy and bulky, just a bit more than I can manage carrying them by myself. Since they get moved twice a year, a stair dolly seemed like a pretty good solution. This Vevor unit is really well made, simple to assemble, and pretty basic to operate. They do provide a couple die-cut 'wrenches, but I ended up using my own 14mm wrench, 13 mm socket, needle-nose pliers and a Philips screw driver to do my assembly, which took about 20 min. I took my time and inspected all parts before proceeding. There's a total of 8 screw/bolts and 4 cotter pins that hold this together. Once assembled, I tested it out on the stairs without a load. The wheel configuration worked well on both sets of stairs in my house. NOTE: This product does NOT come with a load strap. Using my own tie-down strap, I secured the larger A/C unit onto the dolly (you should always secure items when using any dolly) and started down the basement stairs. The unit moves almost too easily as I had to pause between steps to prevent the dolly from gaining momentum and possibly get out of control. Next I did the other A/C move to the attic. These stairs are more narrow and have a 180° turn. Having 4 of the wheels contacting the floor makes turns a bit tricky, but I managed it just fine. Now when I have to re-install these A/C units next spring, I know I'll have a much easier time. Very well made product for the money.
