These jars are the perfect size for my overnight oats. Super pretty to boot. Been so much easier than the bulky shaker cups I was using before.

These jars are beautiful. They have the diamond pattern. I love the size for gift giving. A little larger than the jam half pint vs the larger 2 pints. It’s perfect. The glass is thick. The rims are sturdy.

Absolutely no breakage. Plan to use in freezer eventually so no experience yet in durability.

They're so thin that one came already broken, despite the box having no visible damage. The size is as expected.

I purchased a case of 20 8 oz diamond and 2 cases of 12 oz diamond jelly jars from this company. Out of all jars, 1 of the 12 oz jars had a large chip on the rim. I prepped all my jars, lids and rings and all my ingredients for 3 large batches – 1 batch per case of jars. The first batch I made with the 8oz jars. Filled, wiped down the rims, lid, ring fingertip tight. I got 14 jars in the water bath. Looked in the water and I saw the lid had popped off one of the jars in the water bath. Not sure what to do, but trying to do what I can to salvage. I figured I could refrigerate and eat that jar myself. My jelly was pretty set, so I poured the (sterile) water off the top, wiped down, new lid, new ring, back in the water bath. I go to put the jar back in the water and 2 more jars have lost their lids. Repeat previous steps and go to put those back in the water bath. The first one has lost its lid again. Seriously??? Am I tightening too much? Not enough?? More have popped, I repeat and try tightening some more and some less. It doesn’t seem to matter. They keep popping. I finally tighten one really tight and then pull up on the ring and the whole friggin ring just came straight off. Either the threads on the rings are not sufficient to hold the lids on or the threads on the jars are too small to fit the rings!!! Out of the 20 jars only 5 didn’t come off at least once. What a loss of ingredients and time!

These are the perfect size but they are extremely thin glass. If they are dropped they shatter into a million tiny thin pieces and they are extremely hard to clean up safely. Also the tops are a little off typical sizes and lids will not tighten down past a certain point (they just pop off if you try to do it too tight)

What can I say, they’re Mason jars. They’re good quality, the design is pretty and they arrived quickly and in perfect shape.

I have found that this size jar is a better fit for my jellies. When I checked the jars for shipping damage I found that 1 jar (of 15) was mis-formed. As can be seen in the photo, the right jar rim and thread are not even. It looks like in sagged 3/32 to 1/8 inch (maximum) over 1/3 of the rim circumference. The ring can not engage to jar thread and the lid seal can never make full contact with the jar rim.
