ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

1. Chromium Steel (GCr15) races offer high hardness and great wear resistance, low noise, and long service life.

2. 440C steel is high-quality stainless steel. Mainly used in the manufacture of bearing parts working in corrosive environments and non-lubricating strong oxidizing atmospheres.

3. Single-row, pre-lubricated, these bearings are mainly used to accommodate radial loads.

4. Suitable for all kinds of industrial equipment, small rotary motors, office equipment, power tools, lawnmower, tractors, etc.

5. We have various types of bearings with different sizes, which you can purchase according to your actual needs.

mini bearing

1. How to tell if the bearings need lubrication or not?

- Lubricating is based on working conditions.

- If the following conditions happened: the bearings have abnormal noise, the grease deteriorated, or the friction increased, it is recommended to replace the grease or lubricant.

- If the lubricant is performing that service well, there should be no need to change it or add more.

2. Typical Lubrication Amount

- Bearing lubrication plays a vital role. The most important role of lubricant is to reduce friction.

- The internal space in the bearing was completely filled with grease means 100% full, typically lubrication range from 20% to 40%. In small or miniature bearings grease fill amounts can be as little as 10%.

- Too much grease raises the temperature inside the bearing, excess heat could decrease the effectiveness of the lubricant.

3. Notice

- Adding too much, or not enough grease both lead to the bearing failing prematurely.

- Before operating at full speed, a running-in period is required to allow the grease time to settle into the housing.

- Keep the bearing and its working environment clean, even small dust that cannot be seen by the eyes will have a bad effect on the bearing.

- Avoid strong impact and extrusion.

I bought these to replace the cheap shielded bearings on the forks of my Invacare Tracer wheelchair and they were a perfect fit! I like that they have an ABEC rating of 3 as opposed many of the others I found here on Amazon which only had a rating of 1 which is generally considered to be lower quality if I understand correctly. One of the OEM bearings had actually had the shield on one side pop open and some of the individual ball bearings had popped out resulting in my fork occasionally catching when I would try to turn, these new bearings fixed the issue completely and seem to allow the forks to rotate even more smoothly than the OEM ones didi! Definitely recommend!

I replaced the open non-sealed front wheel bearings on my mower with these bearings. The old bearings had worn so bad the wheels wobbled instead of rolled! These were a significant upgrade and will probably outlast the mower!

I Installed them on a Husqvarna HU800 AWD lawn mower with large diameter wheels on the back, smaller wheels on the front. The original stamped metal bearings were marked as TT 11B; with only 85 hours of use, the bearings were damaged. These new bearings Uxcell FR8-2RS are much better than the original ones, highly recommended.
