The only issue with these buttons is that they break easily, this is the third hazard button but other than that it’s plug and play.

Works and is cheap, but the top cap isn’t properly secured and does come off easily.

My hazard light randomly turned on and would not turn off unless I disconnected the battery. I googled it, saw it might be a faulty switch, so I ordered this one. It was two days late getting here but when I did I popped the old switch out with a pocket knife, disconnected it from the wire (i had to pry it apart and was worried I was doing it wrong) applied quite a bit of pressure but it came apart and I plugged in the new switch and Voila! My first ever car repair and it took 2 minutes!!

26 year old BMW Z3 hazzard button finally decided to die while on the road leaving me with a permanent blinker situation. Had to pull the fuse to keep the battery from dying. This replacement snapped right in.
