Use a small pipe bending tool but it just linked. Not sure why,may be more brittle than copper.

This cuts easily on a bandsaw and allows for custom sizing of pen blanks. It tends to be a bit less expensive than brass tubes purchased through woodworking shops or pen turning supply stores.
