Sizing as described. I used it to make outside diameter 3/16, inside diameter ⅛ washers. Requires very little effort to create something really hard to find and it works better than the original steel washers.Highly recommend it!

Although she packaging was intact and not smashed (like their other products I ordered), I noticed that both ends of the tube is dented and not round, probably because of bad cutting tools or methods.
