It comes with 100 which is about the right number because if you're not extra swift and dexterous the spring that this size bearing goes on both sides of on the handle of a Crown pallet jack will shoot the bearings into the most invisible places.

I needed one ball bearing for my band saw. It allows the blade guides to move. When changing my blade, I accidentally dropped one and it's somewhere in my shop. I'll probably never find it. So I ordered these. I'm not sure what I'll do with the other 99 , but the band saw is working fine now.

They are round, shiny and smooth. I think they are 7mm dia, but I didn't measure them.

Beware, if you searched 5m magnetic balls, these are not ball magnets. I didn't check before ordering, because it was a good price.

What can you say about steel bearings? I measured half a dozen and they're within .01 mm of spec, range 6.99 to 7.01 mm. All of the ones I examined appear to be reasonably round with no significant variation. This is perfectly fine for my hobby use in marble machines.
