Sockets were haphazardly dumped in an undersized cardboard box, leading to a lot of them getting bent up or broken. I got enough to work with but it is impressive how bad the box was, and that's coming from someone who received a head gasket that came rolled up like a burrito. I didn't believe it would happen to me like the other reviews but uh, yeah lmao. For anyone using this for an Arduino Nano, be warned: Don't press them in all the way or you're gonna end up bending pins on the nano. It's quite difficult to remove / insert nanos into this socket so also keep that in mind.

Cheap socket, works. Went with these because they were available fast vs machine pin.

This works fairly well as a socket for Arduino Nano, although since this socket is designed for flat pins I can't tell how many removal-insertion cycles it will survive with standard square pins for the Arduino.Note, that soldering end of pins on these sockets are extremely fragile: if you bend a pin in the direction along the length of the socket, it will instantly break off. My order arrived extremely poorly packaged. Some sockets were protected by plastic "tubes", but some were simply thrown into the bag. This resulted in some of the pins getting bent. And these pins are not recoverable: they just break off. Moreover, even some sockets inside the protective tubes were damaged that way. Basically, out of 25 sockets about 6-7 arrived irrecoverably damaged and had to be thrown out.

These sockets appear to be good enough for my projects, but 10 of them did not survive shipping due to the fact they were loosely packed in the box rather than put in a tube, and no, they didn't fall out of a tube as there was no empty tubes in the box. Thankfully i only currently need 3 of these sockets for my project, but it would have been nice to get the full 25 for a surplus supply. I am not mad though since these are relatively cheap.

Needed to plug in an Arduino Nano. ISocket is 32 pin but easy enough to cut off one pin from each side of the socket, to make the Arduino NANO fit.
