Solid Stainless Steel Balls

To better understand each type of commonly used stainless steel and its properties, see the following descriptions.
- 440C Stainless Steel is a high carbon martensitic stainless steel. It has high strength, medium corrosion resistance, good hardness, and wear resistance
- 304 Stainless Steel is the most widely used stainless steel. It is austenitic stainless steel and has a higher corrosion resistance than ordinary steel.
- 316L Stainless Steel is also austenitic stainless steel. It offers higher corrosion resistance than 304.
- 201 Stainless Steel is the least expensive type of stainless steel. It is tough in cold environments but has lower corrosion resistance. It is the preferred choice for applications that require low cost, high durability, and no concern for exposure to corrosive elements.

From what I can tell, the quality is very good. I ended up using one of the balls in my pressure washer where the original ball had a chip in it, which would cause my pressure washer to leak when I let go of the handle sounds silly, but it worked great

I only realized (after I opened the product) that these stainless steel ball bearings don't respond to a magnetic field (which is why I bought them to begin with). I didn't know that they actually made stainless steel ball that don't respond to magnets. Does anyone know why these don't respond to magnets, and what should I look for when searching for stainless steel balls (other than the size) that DO respond to a magnetic field? The error on ordering these was mine, and they didn't cost much, so I'll keep them, but I'm concerned about ordering any others until I know what to look for.

Exact size for a wood animated puzzle that uses ball bearing this size . The one you turn the hand crank and the balls go down different paths. I had lost a couple and measured diameter and they were 11 mm and these where exact size . Verified with calipers.

I got these for a marble machine for my dad, I'm super glad they were the right size. The price 9s fair so if any get lost it's easy to replace.
