The locking groove is to far from the tip so the bits don't lock into the driver, in 20 years in the trades I've never had this issue

Has #2 Phillips on one end and flat blade on the other. My drill has a hole in the handle and came with a 2 ended Phillips bit. These fit perfectly. Now I'm ready for either type, flat or Phillips, without delay.
