These wheels are cheaply packaged in a bubble wrap shipping envelope. There's no way to be able to trust the integrity of a stone wheel that arrives looking like it's been used as a hockey puck.

I originally purchased a 120 grit wheel and made precision fit adaptors for my Bench grinder, I was very happy with the performance and balance.I then decided to go with a 48 grit wheel that was out of balance it made the grinder unusable. so I set up a return and in two days the new 48 grit wheel is installed and working very wellI applaud the great customer service.
