Identical to the tiles I have in my home. Had a roof leak, replaced the damaged tiles with these replacements and they are perfect

The only bad part is making them fit with older styles that one can't buy any more. A framing saw worked well.

I’m poor AF and bought a cheap fixer upper. This was one of the guest bathroom ceilings. I would rather do drywall but I couldn’t afford it so this is a good cheap alternative.

You're buying a cheap square ceiling covering. It looks exactly like the picture and gets stapled along the ceiling. The only reason I bought them is because this is what matches the ceiling in our home. I do not want to replace the whole ceiling. That would be like 1,000 square feet. So....when a fixture leaks upstairs we buy a new pack. You're not going to win any home decor awards with these babies but they get the job done and so far have been easy to replace. They do soak up water and will sag and stain after wet. We've had a sink leak upstairs, a fish tank get knocked over by an excitable cat (don't worry the fish were saved), and 3 little boys who sometimes think they are whales in the bathtub. Needless to say we've replaced a few tiles over the years. If they start to sag we take them out. If it's just a drip stain we buy some stainblocker ceiling spraypaint at walmart and fire away. They are life when you are on a budget and I'm glad Amazon still sells them.

My contractor put these in the ceiling of a rental that had some other tiles badly stained. These don't match exactly because they are newer, but they work just fine. I just wish I had ordered more for replacements.

This USG Interiors' 12 X 12 Tivoli Ceiling tile arrived promptly as promised. My ol' man, admittedly the best handyman alive (McGiverish even), put them up with ease. He painted them a high gloss white & then used 2" wide trim boards to make a coffered ceiling. The tiles look like tin now & they worked out perfect for our turn of the century home restoration project done on a shoestring budget. I will post a picture later because you have to see it to believe how much it looks like we had a new tin ceiling put in!NOTE: I read a review that said the tiles were damaged on the edges & there was too much waste; Husband just smoothed out any rough edges (ruffled I think was the word used) with his fingers & the paint covered any imperfections so he failed to see a problem.

The only problem was the number of tiles. The website said it was a box of 40, but it only contained 32. Therefore, I was short the number I needed and had to use 5 old tiles.
