Packaging strapping open serrated seals are small metal clips used to secure plastic or steel strapping in packaging applications. These seals have a serrated design that creates small teeth or ridges on the inside of the seal. This serrated pattern helps to grip the strapping securely and prevent it from slipping or loosening during transportation or storage.
Open-serrated seals are designed to be used with manual or battery-powered strapping tools, and they can be easily crimped onto the strapping using a sealing tool.
These seals are typically made from steel or other durable metals, These seals are designed to work for all 5/8” width polyester strapping.

Got these just to try them out and man they hold really well. The teeth a different than the ones I have seen but it works just as well. I will be using this type from here on out got it nice and tight and no slippage.

The serrations on these seals are so shallow that the banding slips and won’t hold.
