These belts stretch over time. Photo 1 shows gap at bottom of top wheel while running. Photo 2 stopping. Strange sound while sawing and the tire appears to be “walking” on wheel. No response from company from email inquiry. These tires been on 4 years with occasional use. After second email company responded. They requested I return the belts and they would make shorter. Also do not use warm water when installing. The belts were returned and after installing all is working fine. They were very professional and I am now pleased.

Nous avons placé les 2 courroies dans une scie à ruban, cela fonctionne très bien. Juste que ce n'est pas facile à installer. Produit souple.

Very little (if any) runout.Takes considerable effort to install but this results in a good fit.

I have installed many Bandsaw tires in my time. I like to restore the larger ones. This is the first time I’ve installed a tire and seen cracking immediately afterwards. These tires are at the most expensive ones I’ve ever purchased, I soaked the tire in water heated by the sun for one hour prior and used soapy water to slip it on. It wasn’t too difficult, Been there done that but this time there was a definite crack towards the back of the tire and one more hairpin crack. I circled and put a small arrow pointing towards the cracking, the left one is much larger than the hairpin one on the right . The reason I replace the tire in the first place is because the original rubber one disintegrated while I was using the saw. I am very concerned this crack is going to carry through and split this new tire. I don’t have confidence to remove the other good original tire on the saw as I feel like I need this as a back up now. All my bandsaw’s are set up with different size blades, this particular saw runs a quarter inch blade only. I’m not sure if I should return this tire or just hope for the best, but at $250 it’s something to think about. Im truly a little disappointed. I thought about getting the blue ones off of eBay but decided to give you guys a shot since there were so many good reviews. Bummer

These tires run very smoothly on my bandsaw.I was expecting to have a hard time installing them as I read lost of posts online about this but it took about 2mn per wheel :-) The key is posted in the picture, we used zip ties to hold the tires in place. Worked like a charm.

These were a pain to install! Part of that was because I really didn't have anywhere to hold a dismounted wheel, so I did it in the saw. Warm (not hot!) water helped, but ultimately you just have to bully it on. That done, following the included instructions, the blade tracked perfectly and my saw is reborn! Much less hassle than getting rubber tires that don't actually fit (i.e. no center rib), grinding your own crown, and having to use special glues to save perhaps $20 overall (ask me how I know all that...). These fit, they're snug enough that glue is completely unnecessary, and I expect they'll last the rest of my life.

One fine morning, I cranked up the blade tension on my old Delta 20" saw, checked everything, and powered it on. Gasp - the original 50 year old upper tire blew all to pieces - and this was worrisome, since almost no parts are available for this saw - I thought I might have to purchase used or some such. Anyway, a quick search turned these up, and with some effort, was able to install these on the upper and lower wheels - yeah!!!Kudos to the person who posted the tip on using tie straps to help with the install - this is clearly the way to go.Also, I whipped up a couple of "tire irons" from an appropriate straight-grained hardwood, about 1/4" thick by 1 1/2" wide to help lever these on - dowels are generally of such poor quality that I would not trust the strength of them. And with that, I was up and running...

A high school had an old Delta Rockwell 28-355 that some aftermarket tires had come off on. After doing some research these tires with the locking groove seemed to match the OEM tires. They are fairly expensive but they fit perfectly!
