Some assembly required. However, the tools to assemble this speaker stand for the Bose S1 Pro are not the greatest. Basically you have one big bolt on the bottom, where the base weight is, then there are two tiny screws you need to screw in to the first pole near the bottom. Those have to be screwed in with the included tool, but it doesn't really work that well, and you can easily strip the screws, and it is also hard to screw in, at the same time, making it a little difficult. The same for the base plate of the bottom of the speaker, you turn the screw with an included tool that seems like it is stripping the screw when you try to tighten it, making this hard to tighten. Forgetting this assembly, however, this is actually very nice heavy duty quality, and fits the Bose S1 Pro perfectly, and for the most part is pretty stable. I kind of wish the bottom weight plate was a little larger to make it even more stable, but this is a very nice and capable stand for this great speaker.

I recently got this Speaker Stand for my Bose S1 Pro+, and I'm very impressed with its quality and functionality. They fit both the Pro and the Pro+.
