This was a perfect match. Was very difficult to replace, but fixed our leaking problem through the original seal. Took 2 people to install because of the retaining bands. Didn’t have the special tool. Yes, recommend. Research to make sure it’s for your machine. This was a universal one. Did not need the extra hose attachment places on it. So left them blanked off. Had to watch a few videos how to take machine apart and change out. Have patience, was not an easy task.

We got this for our LG front loader and it fits well. But to put it on, we needed the tool. I wish it came with it like some of the other kits do. Prying the Spring open and keeping it open to install was tough and needed 2 people.

Universal replacement rubber ring for Lg washers (Wm2250cw) All front loaders start getting that gunk funk after a few years.Good replacement fits snug. Just make sure when you attach the holes to the nubs that they go all the way through. Since it's a universal, they will be plugged up so you will have to puncture the hole for yours. Ours was (wm2250cw) and had one. No leaks all was well. Since we took apart the machine front and the weights it exposed the back wire. it's worth doing it the right way, and that means taking a bit apart. You can do it easier if you have the tool, but there are ways around it with zip ties and two people since it's expense as this part itself. Take your time. Fit my kenmore 796.41272210. Good as new now. Part seems high enough quality (seems same as original to me). With the help of youtube, it took about an hour to install. I'd definitely buy the spring pliers for as cheap and helpful as they are.
